Trucare Medical will provide quality equipment and supplies to clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.  Our mission is to make sure our equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and serviced in a timely manner with the client's satisfaction guaranteed.

Policy & Procedure

 Mission & Vision Statement

Trucare's mission and vision statement will be followed by every employee to make sure that every customer is satisfied to the fullest extent with our services, supplies, and equipment.  Anyone that is shown to be disregarding this policy will be terminated following the policy for termination.  Our mission and vision statement is posted in the front lobby, front work room, and in the policy and procedure manual.  Each employee will be given a copy at the time of orientation.  This statement will also be repeated during in-services.
